Guardian facilities present two faces. The exterior is fortress — reinforced walls, visible defensive emplacements, a perimeter that communicates the building can survive what the neighborhood cannot. The interior splits along a precise line: who is paying and who is being paid.

Bounty hunting, skip tracing, fugitive recovery, contract enforcement, and private arbitration. Guardian has been a party in 23% of Resolution arbitration cases in the past fiscal year.
