A visible Hype counter climbs each turn and scales the Visionary's damage. At a telegraphed threshold he Takes Profits: deals damage equal to Hype, then resets Hype to 0 and is left exposed (loses Firewall, takes bonus damage next turn).

The player can race the kill during a pump or brace block for the dump. The Exposed window after each cash-out is a guaranteed, readable opening. The token curse temptation is always optional.
The Hype counter and the next cash-out threshold are always visible. Take Profits telegraphs one turn before it fires. Exposed is clearly shown as the boss's vulnerable window.

The Visionary is a Good Fortune-affiliated "wealth visionary" pushing $FORTUNE, a speculative token product riding the brand's lucky-numbers/prosperity aesthetic. No new faction is required.
