The Chief Visibility Officer
I don't make the rules. I enforce them. Smiling.
The founder is upstairs and unreachable. This is the man he pays to hold the door: he never throws a punch, he just keeps you visible โ and the more the Sprawl can see you, the more untouchable he becomes.
He Holds The Door
System-level visibility lieutenant: the meme-legible Trust-and-Safety / verification czar โ the corporate officer who personally enforces the social score and decides who exists online.
He is not the founder โ the founder is upstairs, unreachable, and would never sully a quarter-zip with a fight. This is the man the founder pays to hold the door: the Chief Visibility Officer, head of Reputation Services, lanyard and standing desk and a wall of moderation dashboards, the person who decides who is seen. He does not throw a punch.
Visibility Is The Cage
When a private company can quantify the social worth of everyone, the person who administers the score holds society-scale power โ and answers to a boss he can always hide behind.
Reputation Services is the most profitable division in any Rothwell corporation. Forty-seven people operate the algorithm that quantifies the social worth of 6.1 billion others, at a revenue per employee no other division in the family approaches. Argus is the head of that division.
The Score
The player has a visible Score (Visibility). It rises from "loud" play and minions, and falls on quiet turns. The CVO's damage resistance scales with the player's Score; at Unverified (Score 0) his protection collapses and he can be hit for full. The kill window is engineered, not given.

A quiet line that lowers Score is always available to any deck. The Unverified window is a real, repeatable damage opportunity. Verified Auras and Trending give the player concrete targets/answers to manage their Score.
The player's Score, the Unverified line, and each action's Score change are visible and previewed. The CVO's current damage resistance (tied to the player's Score) is shown on his panel. The Phase 2 "Verified = immune" rule is stated explicitly when Terms Of Service toggles on.
The Enforcement Stack
Named moves pulled from the boss spec. Exact tuning remains pre-implementation until the encounter is playable.

Escalated To The Board
Suppress your own Visibility while still ending the fight before the tower's clock.
Keeps the player Verified via Trending and Verified Auras, scales Firewall and Ratio with the player's Score, and shrugs off hits while Verified. The player learns to engineer quiet turns toward Unverified. Like fighting the moderation layer.
“You're trying to beat the score. I administer the score. There's a difference, and it's me.”
Fully immune while the player is Verified; vulnerable only in engineered Unverified windows. Forces Trending harder and replays the player's best turns. Mass Report punishes staying visible. A disciplined endgame: go dark, eat a Shadowban, strike in the window, repeat.
Reputation Services
Grounded in existing canon, slotted in beneath the figurehead. Triumph Tower (847m, Nexus Core) is a documented location; Reputation Services (47 employees who score the social worth of 6.1 billion people) is canonically the most profitable division in any Rothwell corporation.
