Overview
Identity
L DUBBA E is JTRO's earlier rival in the FP films. He first holds power through the 245 and its grip on the local supply. On Earf, people need Quatro to live. Control of the bottles can empty a room before anyone has to fight over its door.
JTRO defeats him and he is banished to the fictional Wastes. His part in the family does not end there. LWE later brings JTRO's lost son back with Bloody Quatro and raises him as his own.
CyberSprawl watches these acts as fiction. A public figure's likeness can fill the role while AI supplies the performance. Neither the defeat nor the child becomes that figure's personal history.
Motivations and conflicts
Personality and drives
He wants to hold what somebody else might take. Early on, that means the FP and the right to decide who gets its supply. After banishment, the same attachment turns toward a child. Junior-Tro is believed dead at childbirth. LWE uses Bloody Quatro to relife him, then stays to raise him.
Rescue does not erase rivalry. The child becomes WMD, the Weapon of Mass Duckstruction, a warlord in the Wastes. JTRO's foe has done something JTRO's family needed, and made a life with the son they believed lost. Calling him only an enemy misses the upbringing. Calling him only a father misses who had to live with the result.
Appearance
His narrow warm brown face sits above a shaped black beard. Dark eyes watch beneath arched eyebrows. Gold teeth catch the light when he speaks. His fitted red cap carries a gold star and vertical gold trim. Grey fur rests across his shoulders.
A soft black zip jacket opens over his chest, with gold lapels and one gold chain between its sides. Gold rings flash on his fingers. Black trousers and dark boots finish the planted outline. The beard, star cap and grey fur shoulders make this human-looking screen portrayal recognizable across the room.
History
Before JTRO meets CHAI-T, LWE loses his battle for the FP and is banished to the film Wastes.
After Junior-Tro is believed dead at childbirth, LWE uses Bloody Quatro to restore the child and raises him as his own. Junior-Tro later becomes WMD, the Weapon of Mass Duckstruction, a warlord with an attachment to ducks.
LWE belongs to the L-Black Ds, the brobots made in Beat Masa X's image. Beat Masa X is the giant LWE. The naming family includes other variants, such as LED and LE. A familiar face can belong to more than one figure without making their deeds interchangeable. The franchise account leaves the precise sequence of Beat Masa X's departure unresolved.
Voice
L DUBBA E makes a challenge sound like a decision already taken. His language has the FP's blunt confidence; he expects the other side to answer. He can make possession sound simple when the thing in question is a room or a supply. The son he raises makes that claim harder to finish. He cannot discuss Junior-Tro's beginning without placing JTRO back inside it.
Meaningful places
His early struggle belongs to Frazier Park, the green Quatro oasis on Earf. Banishment takes him beyond that place into the film Wastes. The geography changes his reach; it does not free him from the family whose history put him there.
Bloody Quatro restores life in the films. It is not the ordinary licensed drink sold to Sprawl audiences. A viewer can carry home a can and an argument about LWE. Junior-Tro's lost years stay inside the story.
The FP
Frazier Park is the green oasis at the start of the FP films; whoever controls its Quatro can rule the Wastes.
