Overview
Wholesome Grocery is the grocery-delivery service in the Wholesome portfolio — the basket from Wholesome Markets carried by Wholesome Delivery operators to the customer's doorstep, kraft-paper-banded bundles tied with twine in a woven willow basket, garden-green produce visible above the kraft. The marketing language is the grandmother's basket: the farm-stand walk shortened to a doorstep arrival, the market come home. The customer-facing UI of the Wholesome Pantry app — through which all Wholesome Grocery orders flow — is set-dressed as a recipe-card kitchen counter, with handwritten cursive labels, garden-green produce icons, and the same kraft-paper-and-red-wax aesthetic as every other Wholesome surface. The "Add to basket" button is a small woven willow basket icon. The "Schedule arrival" button is a lantern.
The actual ordering layer is a Nexus-Dynamics-built neural-interface integration that allows registered customers to place orders at the moment of craving — the friction between wanting food and having food is, in the brand's own marketing copy, "a single thought and a seven-minute wait." Auto-replenishment is opt-out by default; the system learns the customer's pantry and reorders before the customer notices the shortage. Opt-out requires a paper request to a Wholesome PO box, as with every Wholesome Pantry telemetry feature; redemption rate is below 0.4%. The basket arrives. The customer is reminded what they wanted. They wanted the basket. The basket is on the porch.
Packaging & Appearance
A Wholesome Grocery order arrives in a woven willow basket — the basket is real willow, hand-burned with the Wholesome seal on the handle, returned to the operator at next-order arrival. Inside, kraft-paper-banded bundles tied with twine carry the produce, sealed with the family red wax over cream cardstock labels in hand-feel cursive. Garden-green produce sits visible above the kraft on the topmost bundles, deliberately uncovered for photographic warmth. The basket sits on the porch under the lantern-amber light. The handle is offered. The customer's hand reaches.

The contents of a Wholesome Grocery basket are produce and pre-packaged groceries from Wholesome Markets, banded in the same kraft-paper-and-red-wax bundles that wrap every Wholesome SKU.
