Subscribers report wearing Relief Wear for 19.3 hours of an average day. The remaining 4.7 hours are sleep, which is also Relief Wear if the customer subscribes to the Sleep tier. The recessed Relief seven-curve cloud mark is stitched into the inner-back collar in a thread the customer's hand will not register as different texture. The garments are draped, not fitted, and the brand guide describes the silhouette as "the body kept softly company by its own clothing." The closet, in a Sovereign-tier home, contains versions of the same garment in slightly different cloud-blue tones. The customer is meant to be draped, not dressed.
