Inspire Circles
Made by Inspire
"Mastermind with the slightly-ahead. Become with the cohort."
Overview
Inspire Circles is the mastermind-group subscription that ships every member into an algorithmically curated Circle of seven, with composition rules calibrated so every member is 15-22% ahead of one other on at least one dimension. Nobody is the most-behind on every axis. Nobody is the most-ahead on every axis. The Circle is rendered on the climber's dashboard as a ring of seven aspiration-green profile portraits at chest height, each portrait rimmed in achievement gold; the climber's portrait sits mid-ring slightly smaller than the slightly-ahead members. The weekly Circle call frame anchors at the center of the ring with the call schedule and a topic curriculum auto-generated from the gap matrix between members.
Average Circle retention is fourteen months. The modal exit reason in survey data is "I cannot keep up with this group" â a signal Inspire codes as "productive-discomfort departure" and converts into a tier-down placement within 72 hours into a Circle one productive-discomfort step easier than the prior. The platform's internal documentation describes the loop as "the curriculum staircase." Subscribers describe Circles as the most valuable layer of the Inspire stack; the post-call engagement spike data shows a 410% increase in goal-setting volume within 24 hours of a Circle call. The Circle ring is the table. The table is the curriculum. The curriculum, reliably, names the next gap.
Packaging & Appearance
The Circles dashboard renders the climber's Circle as a ring of seven aspiration-green profile portraits at chest height, each portrait fully rimmed in achievement gold, the climber's portrait mid-ring rendered slightly smaller than the slightly-ahead members so the visual hierarchy of "you and the six who are slightly ahead of you" reads in the first frame. The weekly Circle call frame sits at the center with the schedule and the auto-generated topic curriculum sidebar. The parent Inspire ascending-bars achievement badge foil-stamps at the ring's centroid as the curated-cohort crown. The dashboard is meant to be photographed at chest height under a ring light with the Heights skyline visible through the floor-to-ceiling glass behind. The ring is the altar.
