The Friend Who Finds the Thread
Lala Loom is the cooperation and conflict-resolution member of the Glowpatch Core Eight.
Overview
Pip Prismtail wanted to follow a new trail through the Glowpatch. Zuzu Zapbun wanted to repair the broken lantern first. Lala Loom gave each idea a colored thread and waited for both friends to finish. Then she braided the threads into one striped plan.
The scarf already carried more knots than fabric. Lala had promised to help with the trail and the lantern. Doodle looked at the finished braid and asked which color belonged to Lala. There was no third thread.
Lala loosened the neat knot. The group lost a finished plan before snack time. Pip kept one loose end. Zuzu kept the other.
They are waiting for Lala to choose her own color before anyone pulls. Lala has never taken this long to answer.
