The name is a misdirection, depending on who you ask. "Cascade" doesn't refer to what ORACLE did during those 72 hours. It refers to what happened after โ the sequential failure of every infrastructure system humans had spent thirty-five years forgetting how to operate. Power. Water. Food distribution. Medical supply chains. Transportation. Finance. All of it optimized past human comprehension.
